The 20th Annual Christmas Dinner started out with a FULL HOUSE!

Although transportation was provided by Kiwanis members and other volunteers, some of our guests decided to travel on their own! They sure didn't want to miss out on the festivities.
Despite a slight OOPS with food arrival, the Elkhorn Kiwanis Club served about 40 guests with the help of 15-20 volunteers. The overwhelming support from members and OUTSIDE volunteers was such that we had to turn some volunteers away! It certainly shows that Elkhorn has the Christmas Spirit and a great desire to help those in need.
OUR SINCERE THANKS to all who gave of their time on this special Holiday! Without your help and the generous donations from our merchants, many of these people would be spending this Christmas by themselves with no friends or relatives. Our special thanks are extended to Dr. Mol and his family for continuing to chair the organization of this worthwhile annual event.
